Kinesiology

“Kinesiology is the umbrella term for various methods that use the so-called muscle test to identify stress reactions and blockages in a system and to balance or dissolve them using a suitable intervention - also known as balance or correction. The goal is to improve wellbeing, health, performance and happiness, and thus the quality of life. "
Definition according to Klaus Wienert
Matrix in balance

What is the matrix?
The matrix is the pattern on which all manifestations are based, according to the principle "as in small, so in large". This pattern is present in every cell, from the organs to the body's energy field. Thus the direct environment and the whole life is influenced. The matrix contains past, present and future as well as all levels of your own being. Every system has its matrix.

Why matrix in balance?
This leads to levels that thoughts and conversations cannot reach. The unconscious feedback of the body gives us access to the underlying principles of the topic. Based on this, the process is started by means of a balance in order to leave the stressful behind and to make room for something new.
Energy structures can be changed and relinked
Matrix in Balance (MIB, according to Klaus Wienert) is a synthesis of kinesiological, systemic and energetic elements. The MIB session is about "what is behind it, what led to it?" Different stress relief methods are available here. Restrictive mechanisms, behaviors and are uncovered and brought into balance.

Blueprint - blueprint - depths of our matrix ("Neuro-Training")
Andrew Varity has developed blueprint for years with the goal of working in areas where the mind cannot get into.

One theory of blueprint is that trance states are possible down to 36 depth levels. There are people under anesthesia who remember what was said during anesthesia. It happened to me too, without really knowing that I reacted to conversations. My doctor told me. According to this theory, anesthesia during surgery is "only" within the first half of these levels. The subconscious seems to be present after all.

NICE Neurological Integration Central Enhacemet
Reorganization, integration and strengthening of the nervous system by Dr. Peter Erikson (Australia)
The main concern is to balance the neurological-energetic system so that it can serve as the basis of health.
The method consists of numerous unique corrections that are carried out on the client while lying down. It frees the nervous system from the fight and flight mechanism / permanent stress.
It leads to a stable foundation for healing, growth, development and health. Reorganization of the nervous system can be gradually built up.

Relaxation
Lomi Lomi massage and bodywork from the Hawai'i temples.
This work originally came from the Kahunas in the Hawaiian Islands. A kahuna is healer and priest, medic and shaman in one. In his treatment he connects body and mind.
He gave the Lomi Lomi in different life situations. Especially in life situations that meant change - a new phase of life or in far-reaching decisions. It is a blessing for the whole body and soul regardless of the current situation in life. Clients were massaged for days, which of course would be a bit difficult to implement in the western world.
The body is well oiled and massaged with the forearms. This creates a full feeling of touch. Flowing, dancing movements create the floating feeling in the whole body.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing method, in which one tries to release energy blocks by laying on of hands. These energy blocks can be demonstrated in permanent stress.
Reiki comes from Japanese and means "universal life energy". The method originally goes back to the Japanese monk Mikao Usui (1865-1926), who taught laying on of hands as a healing method.
The session can be done lying down or sitting. Different areas of the body, such as the head, neck, chest, hips or back, are touched.
A session lasts about an hour and it is important to give the body a little rest afterwards to let the changes take effect.

Yoga (Vinyasa)
A dynamic yoga style. Different asanas are fluidly connected with one another with breath.
Vinyasa Yoga has a strengthening and stabilizing effect, strengthens the muscles, promotes balance and mobilizes the joints and spine.

The mind is calmed.

RESET jaw balance
RESET (according to Philip Rafferty) is used to balance the temporomandibular joint system, which can also be used to influence the entire body.
Empirical testing shows that relaxing the jaw muscles relaxes over 90% of the muscles in the body. Stress and toxins are released. Harmony can be restored.
